Job Description

• Process Daily flow of eCommerce Orders
• Coordinate with Couriers and Vendors on a daily basis and ensure timely processing of orders
• Other operations tasks related to daily order flow management
• eCommerce Product listing
• Resolve customer queries (customer service)

Skills required for this job

• Good knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas
• Ability to understand, compose and reply to emails promptly
• Willingness to learn new things at work
• Problem-solving attitude along with taking complete ownership of your role

Qualification

• Diploma (Preferred)
• E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Description

• QC of all inward consignments of sleep Business (FG Recd. From Vendor/Customer Returned)
• QC Report Preparation and Segregation of Saleable FG / Damaged and Non-saleable inventory / Scrap/ Refurbishment
• Ensure closure of all pending Sales Return cases timely in the system.
• Responsible for repacking all saleable returned consignments.
• MIS
• Ensure timely receipt of all returned consignments at a warehouse in discussion with HO Logistics Team.
• Responsible to Manage FG at the warehouse (System Vs Physical)
• Responsible for the Timely Removal of Scrap from the warehouse as Per guidelines and Contract.
• Responsible for Manage Raw materials and Packing materials at the warehouse.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹33,000 a month Plus bonus.
